Healing Workation
in Ibiza
Imagine waking up in a lush, villa-style sanctuary straight out of Bali-meets-Morocco, surrounded by green nature in the heart of Ibiza. You step onto the yoga platform, the sea shimmering in the distance, and breathe. Brunch follows. Then the day is yours – a few focused hours of work, an afternoon by the pool, the soft nose of a horse gently touching you, a massage, dinner with people you actually want to talk to.
Built for remote workers who are tired of working from everywhere without ever really arriving. This is somewhere.

The food, the conversations with the other participants,
the rides through Ibiza's nature and the morning yoga — thank you so much for this wonderful and restorative experience. The whole programme — yoga, riding, healthy and delicious food, relaxation and time for oneself — felt completely right in every way. The peace and positive energy at the Finca, the restful retreat atmosphere — this experience gave me the slowdown I needed to recharge my batteries.

Program
Your days, loosely
Every morning begins with yoga at 8:30 AM, led by Paula. Brunch follows at 10:15 AM — always worth the wait. After that, the day opens up: work by the pool, wander, rest, or simply do nothing at all. Dinner is at 8:00 PM — a shared table, good stories, the end of the day done right.
Monday and Thursday evenings are yours to explore: a local restaurant, a sundowner, or Benirràs beach for the famous sunset drums.
Wednesday shifts the rhythm entirely: a Sound & Breath Journey with Mishka, followed by a late brunch at 11:00 AM. One afternoon, we ride through the Ibiza countryside. And somewhere in the week, a 75-minute massage with Maria is waiting for you, included in your price.
The first evening: check-in opens at 4:00 PM. At 5:00 PM we gather for a welcome circle, a short meditation, and the quiet pleasure of meeting the people you'll share the week with. Dinner is at 7:00 PM.
On Friday after brunch, we meet for the closing ceremony. The last morning — Saturday — begins with breakfast, followed by check-out by 10:00 AM.
Sample days
A day with your massage
Light comes in before the alarm would have. Yoga starts, with the sea somewhere in the distance. Afterwards, you brunch together – fresh, healthy and with ingredients from the island.
The morning is yours, so you open your laptop, find a corner of the terrace, and actually get things done – the kind of focused work that rarely happens at home.
In the afternoon, Maria is waiting for your massage, and you leave the room slower than you arrived.
Then it's dinner time. The table fills up gradually, someone opens a bottle of wine, conversation flows.
A day at your own pace
You sit with a cup of coffee on the terrace before yoga starts at 8:30 AM on the shala. Brunch comes next, unhurried, the kind of meal that stretches longer than planned.
In the afternoon, you head to the hippie market – stalls of jewellery, linen, good music playing somewhere between the stands, and small snacks to enjoy while you wander.
As the sun starts to go down, a few of you drive to Benirràs. The drums start, the sky turns orange, and somehow everyone ends up dancing in the sand. Afterwards, dinner at one of the restaurants along the beach – the kind of evening you didn't plan but won't forget.
A day with the ride
The morning starts the same way – yoga, brunch, time that moves slowly. Maybe you work on the terrace for a bit, then jump in the pool before the afternoon gets going.
In the afternoon, a small group gets in the car for the short drive through the Ibiza countryside to the stable. The horses are already waiting, and yours turns to look at you as you approach. You ride out into the hills, through pine forest and red earth, into landscape that doesn't need a filter.
Back at the villa, a shower and that particular tiredness that feels good – just in time for dinner.
Your Guide: Catherine
I have been running riding and yoga retreats since 2014 – and I spend a good part of the year on the road, between Morocco, Iceland, Sicily, Ibiza, and wherever the next retreat takes me. I created Reiten & Yoga because I believe that the best experiences happen when everything fits: the place, the people, the pace.
The Healing Workation Ibiza is something I built for myself as much as for you. I love working from beautiful places. I love being around people who are curious, driven, and good company. This retreat is exactly that – a week where the work gets done, but the setting makes all the difference.
I will be there the whole week. Come and find me by the pool.
Your guide and yoga teacher: Paula
Curiosity has always been one of my strongest driving forces. A curiosity about people, different ways of living, and the question of what truly connects us to ourselves and to one another. Over the years, I have spent a lot of time travelling, living and working in different countries, and meeting people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. These experiences have shown me time and again that the most meaningful moments are often the simplest ones: a conversation with a stranger, a shared meal, a sunrise by the ocean, or the feeling of being fully present for a moment. They have taught me to slow down, trust life a little more, and return to what truly matters.
Horses have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, the stable was my favourite place, a space of freedom, adventure, and endless hours spent outdoors in nature. What began as a passion eventually became a profession. I worked in riding facilities in different countries, taught riders, and had the privilege of accompanying many different horses along their journey. Over time, my own expectations grew. Somewhere between performance, perfectionism, and the desire to do everything right, I lost touch with part of what had drawn me to horses in the first place. Today, they remind me of what fascinated me from the beginning: presence, trust, and honest communication. Horses do not respond to who we try to be. They respond to who we are.
Yoga also entered my life through the body at first, as a balance to riding, travelling, and an often active lifestyle. Over time, however, the practice became much more than movement. During a period marked by inner restlessness, high expectations of myself, and constant movement, yoga became an anchor that helped me return to myself again and again. This path eventually led me to India, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself more deeply in the traditional practice of yoga. Since then, one verse from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras has stayed with me:
"Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ."
Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
In a world that is often fast-paced, noisy, and full of distractions, this teaching continually reminds me of what yoga is truly about: presence, clarity, and a deeper connection with ourselves. For me, yoga and horses complement each other in a unique way. Both invite us to be fully present. Both reveal where we hold on, where we can trust, and where we might soften. Both remind us that genuine connection is not created through control, but through awareness and openness.
In my classes and retreats, it is important to me to create a space where there is nothing to achieve, prove, or perform. A space where you can meet yourself without judgement or pressure. My hope is that people leave our time together feeling calmer, more connected, and a little more at home within themselves. Because for me, that is where true connection begins: with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
Sound, Breath & Inner Reconnection with Mishka
Mishka accompanies our retreat with a special combination of sound journey and breathwork — gentle, deep, and immediately tangible.
Her path is shaped by her own experience with trauma, anxiety, and inner healing. From this depth, she has developed a practice over many years that connects body, sound, and consciousness.
Her sound journeys are invitations to listen inward: with the breath, with the heart, with every cell. Instruments such as singing bowls, gentle rhythms, and her clear presence create a space in which you can feel safe, held, and connected.
A special moment of our retreat is the session with Mishka at the horse farm — right in the meadow, surrounded by horses, wind, and silence. This session feels like a return to yourself. A remembering of what peace feels like.
Horse Riding
Happiness lies on the back of horses. What could be more beautiful than exploring the wild and romantic north of Ibiza from the saddle? The retreat includes one ride not far from our finca. More can be booked if you wish to spend more time in the saddle.
This retreat is suitable for all riding levels, including complete beginners. We divide the group into advanced riders (from Riding Level 4, maximum 5 guests per ride) and beginners (from Riding Level 1, riding at walk and — if it suits everyone — some trot as well, maximum 3 guests per ride). Each group rides at a different stable. One stable is a 15-minute drive from the finca, the other about 20 minutes away.
The retreat includes one ride. We will organise the riding groups once all registrations are complete, taking carpooling into account. If you would like to book additional rides, please let us know in advance so we can guarantee your spot — or if you prefer to play it by ear, we can check on site whether more rides are available.
Rides take place from 4:30/5:00 PM until around 6:30/7:00 PM (including horse grooming and possibly a cool drink under the trees after the ride).
If you are unsure which riding group is right for you, feel free to send me an email and we will look at it together.
The maximum rider weight is 80 kg. Helmet is mandatory.
Food
Zuzanna will take care of our culinary experience. Her food is varied, healthy, and vegetarian. Most of it is organic, and much of it is grown directly on Ibiza. We are happy to accommodate your personal dietary wishes whenever possible (however, we need to know these before the retreat; please indicate them in the designated field during registration).
Transport & Car Rental
We recommend renting a car for your time in Ibiza, as all sights, beaches, and restaurants are spread across the island. Public transport is very limited, and taxis are very expensive. In particular, carpooling has proven to work well in the past (these carpools will be organised via a WhatsApp group before the retreat). This allows you to share the cost of the rental car, stay mobile, and independently visit beaches, the hippie market, or Ibiza Town.
Accommodation
Tucked into the hills above San Miguel, in the quiet north of the island. Surrounded by untouched forest, with the sea catching the light somewhere in the distance. This place is a 400-year-old monastery, reimagined over centuries into something that feels entirely its own.
The style is a meeting of traditional Ibicenco and Balinese: dark wood, antique furniture, linen textiles, and art from Indonesia, Ibiza, and Morocco. Waterfalls, fountains, and three Balinese temples greet you as you arrive. The rooms are individually designed — warm, unhurried, and unlike any hotel you've stayed in.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Outside: two pools (a saltwater pool and a natural eco-pool), generous terraces, shaded corners, and garden spaces where there is always a quiet spot to yourself. The spa has a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage room. The yoga shala is 50m², panoramic, and where we begin every morning together.
San Miguel village is three minutes away. Benirràs beach — known for its Sunday sunset drums — is a short drive. Ibiza town is twenty minutes. Everything you need, and nothing in the way.
